Adobe Acrobat 10 has been having some printing issues. It seems there is nothing in the settings that we can change to address the issue at the moment, we just have to wait for an update from Adobe. We have more Macs and we are having more problems printing scanned images. One issue is that it prints a zoomed version of the scanned document. It seems this has a work around, by removing the page scaling option in the print menu. You just have to select “none” form the page scaling menu. Another issue, which seems to effect both Mac and PC, is Adobe is ignoring our double-sided printing defaults. To fix this, click the “Printing….” button at the bottom of the Adobe print dialogue box and then click okay on the next menu. Basically Adobe is forcing users to confirm that they want double sided printing.
